Who do I contact if I have a question about how the DigniFi program works?
Please reach out to service@dignifi.com or 1-833-259-3633.
What is the process for onboarding our staff to the BNPL through DigniFi program?
After you enroll with the CDK SimplePay BNPL, you will receive an email directing you to sign up for our training webinar. This is where you will learn all about the BNPL program and how to offer it to your customers.
DigniFi has account managers who train your service advisors in a group or individually — whichever works best for your business. We create accounts for each of your representatives and review a training deck and training videos.
Do we get a DigniFi dedicated account manager?
Every service center we partner with is assigned a dedicated account manager. Depending on your location, your account manager may be local and available for in-person visits, or remote. In either case, your account manager is available to support training, product launches, and ongoing needs.
We have new employees. Who will train them?
Your DigniFi account manager will provide service advisors in-depth, online learning resources and webinars to guide your team through the process. DignFi’s Buy Now, Pay Later program training will get new employees the information they need to for success.
How do customers get prequalified through CDK SimplePay, BNPL through DigniFi?
It’s just a few easy steps:
How long does it take to find out if a customer is prequalified?
A customer can prequalify for financing in just a few minutes.
What if the customer has some, but not all, of the cash needed for the purchase they want to make?
If the customer is approved for financing, they’ll see the maximum amount they qualify for. The customer may choose to use as much or as little of that amount as possible, up to the maximum. For example, if a repair costs $2,000 and the customer is approved for the total amount, the customer can choose to use $350 (our minimum loan amount) from DigniFi or any amount up to $2,000. If the customer chooses an amount less than the $2,000, they can pay the remaining balance out of pocket.
How does my sales or service team know if a customer has signed their DigniFi loan documents?
A message appears on the CDK SimplePay screen notifying the dealer user that the payment has been processed though DigniFi and the invoice has been paid for by the customer.

DEALER PROCESS QUESTIONS:
When will our accounting team receive payment, and how long does this take?
DigniFi pays within 48 hours, so your accounting team won’t need to chase down payments.
Are there any states where DigniFi does not do business?
Yes, DigniFi does not do business in Massachusetts.
CUSTOMER QUESTIONS:
Will getting prequalified affect my customer’s credit score?
No. Getting prequalified will let them know if they’re eligible for financing and won’t affect their credit score. If they are prequalified, they will be notified of a potential financing amount and receive an invitation to proceed with the formal application process.
What type of credit check does DigniFi perform?
DigniFi performs a soft credit inquiry to determine whether the customer is prequalified without affecting their credit score. If their application is approved and they accept the financing offer, DigniFi will perform a hard credit inquiry. In other words, they can prequalify and apply with DigniFi without affecting their credit score, and a hard credit inquiry will only be performed if they decide to proceed with DigniFi for financing.
Is the customers’ personal information secure with DigniFi?
DigniFi takes the security of personal information extremely seriously. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal and state laws and implement appropriate information security protocols. See our DigniFi privacy policy for more information.
What if the customer needs more money than they are approved to finance with DigniFi?
Your customer’s application and credit information are reviewed to determine the maximum loan or credit amount offered by DigniFi. If the customer needs more than this amount, they need to work with their vehicle dealership or service center to pay the difference.
What interest charges will the customer pay on financing through DigniFi?
Interest rates are based on the customer’s credit history. Rates range from 13.99% to 36.00% APR*. The APR offered is specific to each customer.
