Prequalifying for DigniFi Financing

Q. How do I get prequalified for DigniFi financing?

A. It’s easy. Just fill out your name, address, and email to find out if you are prequalified. You’ll be notified of a decision — and how much you potentially qualify for — within a few minutes.

Q. Will getting prequalified affect my credit score?

A. No. Getting prequalified will let you know if you’re eligible for financing. If you are prequalified, you will be notified of a potential financing amount and receive an invitation to proceed with the formal application process.

Q. Does DigniFi do a soft or hard credit check?

A. DigniFi conducts a soft credit pull for our prequalification process and a hard credit pull for the application process. You may be able to see if you prequalify for financing through DigniFi before conducting a hard credit pull. In other words, you can see if you are likely to qualify with no risk to your credit score.

Q. If I get prequalified, do I have to take the loan?

A. No. Getting prequalified lets you know approximately how much financing you may be eligible for. If you’d like to apply for financing, you have 30 days to do so. After 30 days feel free to go through the prequalification process again.

Q. If I prequalify for a certain amount, is that how much I will be able to finance?

A. Not necessarily. Your final offer may be the same, but it may also be higher or lower. To know precisely what your financing amount will be, complete the full application after you’ve been notified that you’ve been prequalified.

Q. How will I find out if I’ve been prequalified?  

A. After submitting your prequalification, you will see a screen stating the amount you are prequalified for or a screen stating that you do not prequalify at this time. You will also be notified if you prequalify or do not prequalify via email. If you don’t prequalify at this time, you’re welcome to try to prequalify again in 30 days.

Applying for DigniFi Financing

Q. Is my personal information secure with DigniFi?

A. DigniFi takes the security of your personal information extremely seriously. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal law and implement appropriate information security protocols. See our privacy policy for more information.

Q. What if I need more money than I’m approved to finance with DigniFi?

A. All of your application and credit information is reviewed to figure out the maximum loan amount you qualify for. If what you want to do costs more than your maximum DigniFi financed amount, work with your vehicle dealership or service center to pay the difference.

Q. I don’t live in a state where DigniFi is available. Can I still apply? 

A. Unfortunately, we can’t provide financing for customers outside of our participating states. We currently don’t operate in Massachusetts, North Dakota, Vermont, or West Virginia. 

Q. I don’t understand some of the loan terminology. Do you have a resource that can help me?

A. Yes. See our Disclosures and Definitions page to look up financing-related terms you’ll see in the application process and in your loan documents. You can also contact us at any time for an explanation. We can’t stress how important it is for you to ask questions if there’s something you don’t understand.

Q. Do you offer Spanish language support?

A. We do not support Spanish translation of our products at this time, but you can view Spanish translations of our Installment Loan Agreement, and our ExpressWay Cardholder Agreement. You can also contact us if you have any additional questions.

About My DigniFi Financing

Q. What can I use it on?

A. Customers can use DigniFi ExpressWay in all areas of the dealership. Here are some examples of what you can use ExpressWay for: repair financing, collision repairs, deductibles, prepaid maintenance packages, extended warranties, accessories, wheels, lift kits, new/used vehicles, and cash advance options. DigniFi ExpressWay customers can use a cash advance of up to $2,000 for anything including a down payment, negative equity, trade-in assistance, or any purchases they can’t make with an ExpressWay card.

Q. How will my dealer or service center know I’m approved for DigniFi financing? 

A. If you’re working with a dealership or service center that offers DigniFi, they’re notified via email as soon as you’re approved.

Q. How will the store look up my account?

A. Simply ask your dealership to look up your account using the phone number associated with your account.

Q. What interest charges will I pay on financing through DigniFi?

A. You’ll be charged interest based on your credit history. Rates range from 9.99% to 36.00% APR*. This is unique to each customer.

Q. What do I need to do to qualify for no interest?

A. a. DigniFi ExpressWay customers**: Our 6-month deferred interest promotional offer is available on all approved purchases of $350 or more using the DigniFi ExpressWay card. No interest will be charged on the promotional purchase if you pay the promotional purchase amount in full within 6 months. If you do not, interest will be charged on the promotional purchase from the purchase date. Minimum monthly payment is required. The required minimum monthly payments may not pay off the promotional purchase by the end of the promotional period. Account must be open and current to be eligible for this offer.

b. Installment Loan customers*: You may receive 90-days interest waived with an installment loan. Interest will be charged to your account from account opening if the full loan amount is not paid within 90 days. A minimum monthly payment is required. Additional principal payments will be required to pay off the loan amount before the promotion expires. Interest will be waived if you make all of your scheduled payments on time and pay off your loan in full within 90 days.

Q. Can I print and save my e-loan documents after I sign them?
A. Yes! It’s important to keep a copy of your loan documents for your records. The Truth in Lending Act (TILA) disclosure can be printed or emailed to you before you electronically sign your paperless loan documents. After you sign the loan documents, a copy of them will be emailed to you. You can also review your documents at any time when you log into your online customer account.

Managing My DigniFi Payments

Q. How can I get information about my account? 

A. Simply go to www.dignifi.com and sign into your account with your password to make payments, review your contract, apply for new financing, and more. 

Q. How do I reset my password?

A. Go to www.dignifi.com and click “Sign In.” Then click “Forgot your password?” located under the password field. Next, enter the email address associated with your account. An email will be sent to you with reset instructions. 

Q. How can I make a payment on my DigniFi financing? 

A. Here are six options for making payments: 

  • Go to www.dignifi.com and sign in to your account to make a payment or set up recurring ACH payments (automatic payments that you authorize to be made from a bank account on a regular billing cycle). 
  • Mail a check or money order to: DigniFi, P.O. Box 205853, Dallas, TX 75320-5853. 
  • Set up the online bill pay service offered by your financial institution.
  • Make a payment online in the Customer Portal via credit/debit card through Western Union with a $2.75 convenience fee.
  • Pay cash with PayNearMe at participating Seven Eleven, Ace Cash Express, and Family Dollar locations for a $2.99 service fee.
  • Call our customer service center at 855-808-5861 and provide a bank routing and account number, or debit card. There is a convenience fee of $4.50 on all agent-assisted payments. 

Q. Do I have to reapply each time I want to use DigniFi financing?

A. If you are approved for a DigniFi ExpressWay card, you’re all set! However, if you do not use your DigniFi ExpressWay card for 6 months, you will need to reapply. If you’re approved for an installment loan, you will need to reapply if you would like to use DigniFi again.

Q. As a DigniFi ExpressWay customer, can I increase my credit line?

A. Yes! You may request an increase through your online dashboard, and DigniFi will run your credit again.

Q. Can I pay off my DigniFi financing at any time?  
A. Yes, you can pay your loan off at any time without a prepayment penalty.
