Before leading DigniFi’s charge to provide a better kind of car repair loan, he founded Enprecis, served as a senior executive at Who’s Calling — and an integral part of the team that successfully sold the company private equity — and was instrumental in growing Percepta. Richard graduated from University College London.
Before DigniFi, David was CFO at Xevo; led strategy & business development for OpenPeak; was a senior investment professional at Vulcan Capital; and worked in M&A advisory at Evercore Partners. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with honors and earned dual degrees from the Wharton School and the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
Before DigniFi, Ed served as V.P. of Finance at DriveTime and Go Financial. Ed’s 20+ years of lending experience brings regulatory awareness, consumer analytics, and compliance into DigniFi’s daily operations. He has also developed corporate risk, pricing, credit, and financial models. Ed earned B.S. and MBA degrees from Arizona State University.
Kevin directs advanced technology initiatives that have established DigniFi as an industry leader in technical efficiency and experience. He has developed cutting-edge technologies and applications for several successful startups, from inception and sustainability to exit. Kevin earned his master’s degree in computer science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Tim has more than 20 years’ experience providing real-world results in the automotive retail space. He graduated from the National Automobile Dealers Association’s distinguished Dealer Candidate Academy. Tim served as COO and co-founder of ClickMotive (now Dealertrack Interactive). He earned his B.A. from The University of Oklahoma – Price College of Business.
John has built loan servicing and operation groups for many non-prime automotive finance companies ranging in size from $50MM to over $1BN in loans. He also helped acquire a GPS technology company focused on providing auto lenders key information about the location and use of their collateral. John graduated from Northern Arizona University.
With almost two decades of product experience at startups and global brands, Susie has shipped products used by millions. Before DigniFi, Susie managed online travel and financial products for OYO. She brings outstanding payments experience, having led product efforts for Starbucks and Amazon. She earned her MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill and a B.A. from Davidson College.
Chet has served as General Counsel & CCO to several fintech companies, helping to create compliance programs. He worked as an attorney for Bingham McCutchen on key clients, including Rabobank and SolarCity. Chet has a B.A. in Economics from Occidental College and a Juris Doctor and MBA from the University of San Francisco.
Kevin has led engineering efforts with startups including Socedo, Azuqua, Okta, and spent a decade with Microsoft to help ship high-profile enterprise products. He earned a Bachelor of Computer Science from Beijing Institute of Technology, an MBA from the University of Washington, and master’s degrees from the University of Maryland and Peking University.
Rob’s leadership experience spans several key automotive industry functions including General Management, Sales Management, Finance and Insurance, Captive Lending, and Key Accounts. In his previous role as National VP Acquisition at APCO Holdings, Inc. Rob worked closely with dealerships to innovate customer engagement. He served honorably in the United States Army.
