Before DigniFi, Neeraj was Interim President and CEO for United Way. He launched a $20B IPO as EVP of Corporate Strategy and Development for Synchrony as he led their separation from GE. He’s managed consumer finance portfolios valued close to $500M in net income. He earned his MBA from Syracuse University. Neeraj will lead DiginFi’s mission to provide access to inclusive financing.
Before DigniFi, Ed served as V.P. of Finance at DriveTime and Go Financial. Ed’s 20+ years of lending experience brings regulatory awareness, consumer analytics, and compliance into DigniFi’s daily operations. He has also developed corporate risk, pricing, credit, and financial models. Ed earned B.S. and MBA degrees from Arizona State University.
Mariana has led banking and consumer lending companies through transformational change for 20 years. She is committed to instilling financial discipline and driving operational efficiencies across the organization and doing her part to help DigniFi make credit more widely available to those who need it. Mariana holds an MBA from Fordham University.
Pete brings over 20+ years’ experience in the automotive industry and has a deep understanding of marketing, channel partnerships, data analytics, and corporate strategy. Over the past 10 years, Pete held roles as a Marketing Director for an Insurance Agent, a National Account Director working with Hyundai corporate, and an Executive Vice President of Strategic Alliances working with AutoNation, RV Retailer, and Honda.
Rob’s leadership experience spans several key automotive industry functions including General Management, Sales Management, Finance and Insurance, Captive Lending, and Key Accounts. In his previous role as National VP Acquisition at APCO Holdings, Inc. Rob worked closely with dealerships to innovate customer engagement. He served honorably in the United States Army.
Kristy brings valuable compassion and approachability to the team as we develop an engaged employee base that reflects the diversity of our customers. Her expertise lies in managing performance and designing recruitment and retention programs for high-growth companies.
